Your wedding reception is so much more than just the 4 to 8 hours of music and celebration that everyone sees.

Behind the scenes, I typically invest 25 to 30 hours into each event I’m a part of. This includes everything from event coordination and personalized playlist planning to equipment setup, soundchecks, and fine-tuning every detail to ensure your night runs seamlessly.

My mission is simple: to bring your vision to life while taking the stress off your shoulders—so you can relax and truly enjoy your celebration.

You’ll receive a detailed planning guide covering all the key elements of your event, including a wide range of musical genres. Whether you want to customize your soundtrack with Spotify playlists or stick to tried-and-true crowd favorites, I’ll tailor everything to match your style.

When your guests arrive, they’ll feel the difference—music that reflects who you are, played at just the right volume, a welcoming atmosphere with thoughtful lighting, and a DJ who’s both approachable and ready to engage. Requests are always welcome, as long as they align with your preferences.

From intimate indoor spaces to large outdoor gatherings of 50 to 500+ guests, I bring experience, professionalism, and flexibility. And if your ceremony requires sound support, I’ve got that covered too—with up to six microphones and options for live instruments.

Pricing

I provide an all-inclusive wedding DJ package, with most metro-area receptions ranging between $1200 to $1600.

What’s Included in the Package:

  • Two in-person planning sessions
    We’ll kick things off with an initial consultation and meet again about a month before your wedding to finalize all the details. In between, I’m available by email, text, or phone to fine-tune the plan. Need a venue walkthrough? That’s included, too.
  • Early arrival, full setup, and soundcheck
    I arrive well before guests to ensure everything is ready—unless restricted by the venue schedule, I’m there early to make it flawless.
  • Custom playlists
    We’ll craft a soundtrack that reflects your style, using your selections from the event planner, artists you enjoy and we can raid your Spotify playlists as well.
  • Memorable lighting effects
    From subtle ambiance to full dancefloor energy, the lighting is designed to elevate every moment of the night, matching the mood and energy of the event.
  • Non-stop music until the last guest leaves
    The party doesn’t stop until your guests do—even if that means playing until 4:00 AM. (Yes, it’s happened!)

If your wedding includes an outdoor ceremony, I’m equipped to provide sound support starting at $400 for the same location. For multiple locations, we’ll sit down and work out the details.

If your event is outside the metro area, don’t worry—I do a lot of weddings and events beyond the city limits. I have traveled all over the state, and into Wisconsin and South Dakota.
