Travelin’ Music provides ceremony sound support, including music for your processional and recessional, wireless microphones for officiants and readings, and sound coverage that ensures your guests remain connected to the moment.
From the arrival of the guests through the ceremony conclusion, I help coordinate the audio details, so everything happens seamlessly.
Reception Coordination and Emcee Services
A successful reception is about much more than the music.
As your emcee, I help guide the guests through the evening while keeping the reception organized and moving smoothly. Grand introductions, dinner service, speeches, special dances, cake cutting, and other important moments all require coordination and timing.
We will work closely with the photographers, videographers, caterers, venue staff, and other vendors to help ensure everyone is working together toward the same goal: a memorable celebration for you and your guests.

Every wedding is different, which is why I offer two wedding service options.
For couples who need sound support for their ceremony, I offer a complete Ceremony & Reception package that includes ceremony audio, wireless microphones, music coordination, reception entertainment, planning assistance, and professional emcee services.
For couples whose ceremony arrangements are already handled by their venue, church, or another provider, I offer a Reception Entertainment package focused on creating an exceptional reception experience.
